Founded in 2005, Denenburg Development is a full-service real estate investment, development and construction firm based in Houston. We pursue opportunities across multiple property types, with particular expertise in historic building redevelopment and adaptive reuse.
Our work spans acquisition, project planning, design coordination, construction and redevelopment. Through Denenburg Construction Group, our in-house construction arm, we take a hands-on approach to turning a property’s potential into practical, enduring space.
Our experience includes industrial and warehouse properties, hospitality and event venues, healthcare facilities, assisted living and shelters, and real estate for government uses. Each project is shaped by its location, the needs of its occupants and a long-term view of ownership.
Historic redevelopment is a defining specialty. Projects include Houston’s Cheek Neal Coffee Company building, the original U.S. Schlumberger Well Surveying Company property and Fire Station No. 3, “Old Faithful.” Current projects include the proposed Schlumberger Hotel and Denver’s Five Points Historic Garage Collection.
